Refunds and Returns Policy
If you have purchased your item from Amazon, please refer to their returns and exchanges policy.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your item, please contact us, and we will provide you with return details. If you return without relevant forms we will not be able to refund your purchase.
Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase will be required. Your original confirmation email will be sufficient.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will send an email to notify you once your returned item has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
You should receive your refund within 10 business days of being notified. If you haven’t please contact us at returns[@]glassclothing.com and we will confirm whether your refund has been issued.
Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for sale items.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you would like to exchange an item, for example, if it is defective, damaged or you require a different size, please email us at returns[@]glassclothing.com
If your trousers don’t fit, you can exchange them for a different size, providing that there is still stock available. It is your responsibility to cover the cost of shipping to return your item, but the new item will be shipped to you free of charge. In the event that the preferred size is sold out, you will be issued a refund (provided the item is in an acceptable condition).
You can return the item by mailing it back to us, or by returning it to the person you collected it from.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you have requested an exchange, depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot refund or exchange items we haven’t received, and we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
