Refunds and Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your item, please contact us, and we will provide you with return details. You must contact us before you return an item.


Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase will be required. An email confirming your order will work for this.

Refunds (if applicable)

We will send an email to notify you once your returned item has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for sale items.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you would like to exchange an item, for example, if it is defective, damaged or you require a different size, please email us at returns[@]

If your trousers don’t fit, you can exchange them for a different size free of charge, providing that there is still stock available. In the event that the preferred size is sold out, you will be issued a refund (provided the item is in an acceptable condition).

You can return the item by mailing it back to us, or by returning it to the person you collected it from.


You will be responsible for paying shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you have requested an exchange, depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot refund or exchange items we haven’t received, and we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
